Getting Started You do NOT have to restart your machine after installation of Search Monkey Pro. Launch Search Monkey Pro. Now proceed to use any application. When you wish to perform a search, just double click your Control key on your keyboard. Search Monkey Pro will come to the foreground. Enter your search query into the edit box and click the Enter (Return) key on your keyboard to perform the search. Results will be displayed in a new browser window. The expanded Search Monkey Pro window will show you four other search buttons and registration fields. Search Monkey Pro supports up to ten (10) fully configurable buttons when registered. You can change the name and functions of the buttons by editing the text file "search_urls.txt". Pay close attention to the format of each button listing in this file. The format of each button listing is: NUMBER,BUTTON NAME,URL The URL should have the phrase "SEARCH_STR" included as a placeholder for the actual query string. The MAIN search listings in this file are the normal and exact search queries used when you click the Return key on your keyboard or click the Search Monkey button. NOTE: Search Monkey Pro only displays a maximum of four (4) configurable buttons in trial mode. In addition, in trial mode the MAIN search engine used is always 1Banana.com. You can register Search
Monkey Pro online using the Register link above or directly
through the "Register" window in the application. By
registering online, you will immediately receive your
registration key.
